Tulia Trust Street Dancing Competition 2020 is a hot event, designed to create a vibrant platform for the youth in Mbeya District to come together and display their dancing talents. Street dancing is a new and unique idea not only in Mbeya District, but also in the southern highlands region. Tulia Trust aims to bring a unique angle to dancing in the region by bringing it down to the streets. The event will be a combination of entertainment, competition and coaching to help groom and promote dancers.
Many dance competitions has been held in the past and many more are currently on going but none has been able to bring it down to the streets for easy access to the population.
With plan to teach dancing in future combined with the provision of the platform for people to perform, we don’t just groom dancers or hold dancing competitions, we entertain and help people make career out of dancing.
